Once your order's in, we move quickly. Here's what to expect.

The short version Free shipping on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery is available for a flat ₹150, on orders up to ₹5,000. We dispatch within 1–2 business days and deliver across India in 3–6 business days.

Shipping charges

  • Prepaid (UPI, cards, net banking): free, on every order.
  • Cash on Delivery: a flat ₹150, available on orders up to ₹5,000.

Paying online is the quickest, smoothest way to receive your order — and it's always free.

Cash on Delivery To make sure your order reaches you without a hitch, COD orders are confirmed by a quick WhatsApp message before we dispatch. A small step that saves everyone a wasted trip. Orders left unconfirmed may be held or cancelled.

Dispatch & delivery Because we hold our collection ready, your order is dispatched within 1–2 business days — no long made-to-order waits. Once it's on its way, expect delivery in 3–6 business days, a little quicker for metros. You'll receive a tracking link by WhatsApp and email the moment it ships.

How your order travels Your order ships through our trusted delivery partners, chosen to reach your pincode as quickly and safely as possible. Your tracking link will show you exactly who's bringing it and where it is.

A correct address helps Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it's dispatched, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will follow our returns process.

Changed your mind early? Need to cancel or change an order? Write to us at connect@liniorlabel.com before it's dispatched and we'll sort it out with a full refund.

The occasional delay Festivals, weather, and the rare strike can slow things down. If anything affects your delivery, we'll keep you posted.
